Fort Shirley View

I've to honestly say, this is one of favorite views - on a perfect day the view is simply breathtaking. A definite must do for anyone visiting Dominica.

Trivia: Cabrits National Park is at the north end of the island of Dominica, north of Portsmouth on a peninsula. The park protects tropical forest, coral reefs and wetlands. There are hiking trails and an English garrison called Fort Shirley. It occupies 1,313 acres (531 ha) and was established in 1986.

Visit Dominica-island.info for more photos from Fort Shirley.
